National Theatre Live Returns With Political Smash Hit From 5/31 - 6/2

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 31 through June 2, at 1:00 pm each day, our series of current world-class productions from the National Theatre of London returns with the smash hit This House. The setting is 1974 and the corridors of Westminster ring with the sound of infighting and backbiting as Britain's political parties battle to change the future of the nation. Biting and energetic, This House has enjoyed two National Theatre sell-out runs. Each performance is captured live and presented in digital high-definition projection providing audiences an extraordinary close-up view of these world-class productions. We are excited to bring back the National Theatre series after they won numerous Olivier Awards last month, most notably for The Audience, coming in June/July, and The Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night-time, which played in September at our Cinema (read more about it here).

 

Tickets to these special event programs are $20 and under, and are currently available for purchase in advance at Movietickets here for 5/31, here for 6/1 and here for 6/2, and in-person at the box office during regular screening hours. Upcoming shows in this series will include The Audience (with Helen Mirren) on Friday through Sunday, June 28 - June 30 as well as Friday through Sunday, July 5 - July 7.
