The Coral Gables Art Cinema is located in the heart of Downtown Coral Gables, a sophisticated, urban neighborhood within a retail and shopping district that includes a wide array of restaurants, bars, coffee houses, bookstores, and hotels. Ample and inexpensive parking is available in the public parking garage adjacent to the cinema. The Cinema offers an exclusive, private theater experience with 141 comfortable, stadium-style seats, including accessible wheelchair spaces to accommodate all guests. Enhance your event with a pre-show gathering in our stylish on-site gallery, complete with a concession stand serving your favorite movie snacks alongside wine and beer options. Extend the experience on our covered outdoor patio, perfect for mingling before or after the show.
We screen films 365 days a year, therefore our rental availabilities have particular parameters and conditions.

How to rent the Coral Gables Art Cinema:
- To begin, read the Venue Rental Details and Policies document carefully and in its entirety.
- To inquire about a date(s) and/or logistics, costs, and all other details, you must first submit the Rental Inquiry form.
Note: We cannot provide information on date availability or costs by phone or email—we need this Rental Inquiry form first. Even if you are unsure of all details requested on the form, please complete with as much information as possible. - Once the Rental Inquiry form has been submitted, you can expect to hear back from us within one to three business days.
- Your submission of the Rental Inquiry form is NOT a confirmation of your rental event or date. A rental event/date is only confirmed after we have provided you with a contract to sign and have received your deposit.
