Reza, having distanced himself from urban life, leads a simple existence with his wife and young son in a remote Northern Iranian village, tending to his goldfish farm. Nearby, a powerful private company with ties to the government pressures local farmers to sell their land, spreading corruption. Many villagers become entangled in this network of greed.
